arriving in San Jose, over nighting and connecting with in-country

in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. I just wanted to let you know what

First,

transfers and activity arrangements went very well.
However, it was the final night party in Jaco was such a huge

to let you know what a GREAT crew you have working for you
in Costa Rica. I recently ran 3 separate groups into Costa
Rica using IVI/Costa Rica Quest in Jan. and Feb, 2007. All
the staff involved with the Motive, Surgient and ClearCube
group and I must say, once again – I got the SUPERB
service as I always receive using IVI.
Ligia and Sonia were VERY responsive to all of my many emails
and got me an answer back quickly. On site – everyone
pitched in to be sure that my groups had a GREAT experience.
Our airport transfers went off without a hitch. All the tours
offered were MOST enjoyed by all my participants. They were

I want
to thank you for the truly outstanding job you and th other
members of the IVI Costa Rica Quest team did in connection
with the International Society of Barristers’ Annual
Meeting between March 4-9, 2007 at the Four Seasons Resort,
Peninsula Papagayo, Costa Rica. The Barristers is a invitation-only
society of some of the best trial lawyers in North America
as well as Great Britain and Europe. All of them travel extensively,
so their expectations are high. Some also can be quite demanding.
Costa Rica Quest handled all transfers to the resort from
the Liberia airport. You also organized numerous group recreational
activities for the 220 attendees in addition to several specialized
trips tailored to individuals. Without exception, you carried
out your responsibilities flawlessly, with grace and with
good spirit. Further, your attention to details and flexibility
was quite impressive. I am also pleased to report that all
of the feedback I have received from our members concerning
your work has been glowing and positive.
Finally, you played no small role in successfully arranging
for President Arias’ attendance at the meeting. Thank
you for helping make the Barristers’ 2007 Annual Meeting
