Course description - Reflecting the beauty of the landscape it occupies IBEROSTAR Playa Paraiso Golf Club is the latest creation of world renowned golf course architect P.B. Dye. The vertical movement and distinctive rock work are signatures of a typical P.B. Dye design making this course a true one of a kind in the Mexican Caribbean. This world class layout features course conditions seen only at the best golf destinations around the world and is host to the Iberostar Riviera Maya Open (a full field professional event on the Canadian Tour) as well as the PGA Tour Monday Qualifying.

Signature hole - If you ask P.B. Dye he'll tell you he designed 18 signature holes at Playa Paraiso Golf Club. There are several holes that do stand out however, hole # 9 with it's breath taking view of the Iberostar Paraiso Maya hotel's pyramid as the back drop. Both holes # 6 and # 12 are gorgeous par three's over water and could easily be considered as the signature hole at Iberostar Playa Paraiso Golf Club.
