Margarita’s Shrimp. Shrimp flambé
in white wine sauce with garlic, onion, cream and chipotle pepper
with a touch of brandy. Prepared table side.
* Chicken
“Las Margaritas” Chicken breast stuffed with
cheese and sun dried peppers topped with a creamy Sauce, poblano
pepper strips, corn and pine nuts.
* Fish Fillet in “Ajillo Sauce” Prepared
with spices, accompanied with rice and vegetables.
* Morita Beef Fillet. Two beef medallions served
with goat cheese and spinach, marinated with green tomato and morita
pepper sauce.
GROUPS.
We prepare set menús for groups from 10 persons,
“a la carte” service will be for a maximum of 40 people.
