LOCATION

Los Cabos is located on the southernmost tip of the Baja California Peninsula. The Corridor facing the Sea of Cortez is between Km. 3 and 29 of the highway that joins the tourist centers of San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. As the highway runs parallel to the coast on this section, during the whole trip you can see the lovely soft and white sand beaches, the desert and lush mountain ranges and the peaceful waters of the Sea of Cortez. The coloring of this sea runs the gamut from green to blue tones, becoming more intense as the depth increases; vessels of all kinds can be seen in this rich waters, from ocean liners to pleasure yachts.
San José del Cabo was founded in 1730 as a Spanish mission outpost and retains its sleepy colonial village ambience. Shops and restaurants cluster in a small area, just a few blocks long. Cabo San Lucas was the favorite hiding place of pirates; it has sprouted from a small fishing settlement into a lively resort town with a diverse array of dining, shopping and accommodations options.

GRAND CLUB IMPERIAL SUITE - The suite is a free standing building (house) located in the Grand Club section directly facing the Ocean. This one story unit includes a very large bedroom, dressing room and bathroom with Jacuzzi a second bedroom with two double beds and a full bathroom. An oversized living room with half baths, and a dining room and kitchen, all bathed with luxurious furnishing. Each area has a direct view both to the ocean and to the spectacular 6th hole of one of the best 100 courses in the world. Additionally, this suite has a private swimming pool and its own private terrace for social events. Without a doubt this spectacular suite will be included among the world's finest.

GRAND CLUB PRESIDENTIAL SUITE - This unit is also a free standing building (house) located in the Grand Club section but also centrally located within the hotel area of the development. A one story edifice, the suite includes one large main bedroom with dressing area and bathroom, a second bedroom with two double beds and full bathroom, a living area, a wet bar and a half bath. The suite has the option of converting one Grand Deluxe room to a third bedroom with one king-size bed. It has a Jacuzzi on the terrace, and the entire unit has a view not only of the ocean, but also to all the hotel pools and with a close proximity to the Grand Club pool.

GRAND CLUB GOVERNOR SUITE - These 3 suites are in the Grand Club section, they face the ocean and they look out over all the hotel's swimming pools. All three suites are the same size and include a main bedroom with dressing area and bathroom, a second bedroom with two double beds and full bathroom, a living room, wet bar, half bath and a Jacuzzi on the terrace.

GRAND CLUB MASTER SUITES - These seven suites are located in the Grand Club section. One has a view both of the ocean and to the hotel's swimming pools, while the other six are in a three story building facing the ocean and overlooking the famous ocean golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus. All master suites are of the same size and include a main bedroom with dressing area and full bath and a living area with a wet bar area with half bath. All master suites offer the flexibility of opening to a Deluxe Standard connecting room that has two double beds.

GRAND CLUB DELUXE UNITS - Of these twenty units, nine have tow double beds and eleven have a king-size bed, and they are all located in the Grand Club section. Thirteen of them are in a 2-story building centrally located among the property with full ocean view and that of the hotel's swimming pool. Six of these units are in a 3 story building which looks out over the ocean and the famous golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus, and the last one is in the building which houses the presidential suite and has connecting doors to it. The view it offers overlooks both the ocean and the swimming pools.
GRAND DELUXE - These units are scattered seven four-story buildings and a one-story building located in the areas of the large swimming pools and by a river bordered by lovely gardens. All the rooms have private balconies and a direct ocean view. Thirteen of these units are located in the vacation club section.
GRAND SUITES - These include two bedrooms, each with a king size bed and a large area which includes a kitchen with table and a living room. Not dividable, these suites, nevertheless, all come with balconies that overlook the ocean, and they are all located within the vacation club area.

FISHING:

September through November is the best time of the year to fish in Los Cabos area, although fishing activities take place all year long. The most sought after fish is the Blue Marlin which are the world's ultimate trophy fish. Because of the warm waters and geographical location, different kinds of fish are found like Stripe Marlin, Sailfish, Dorado, Bull Dorado, Wahoo, Yellowfin Tuna, and Rooster Fishing is also available.

There are several tournaments held in Cabo San Lucas, including the Blue Marlin Tournament, which has grown during its 15-year history and is now officially the largest sportfishing tournament in the world.

Boats usually depart very early in the morning, different times can be arranged for a group. A selection of boats and skiffs in varying sizes are available, included in the rate is a cooler with soft drinks and beer, fishing tackle, license, and a crew.

DIVING:

Scuba fans will adore the beautiful living reefs and sand falls in the underwater world of Los Cabos. There are six spectacular dive sites including.
