Its Executive Chef, owner and director, Jacques Chretien, is known for his long and distinguished career. His experience as a chef spans over 21 years including some of the finest tables in France and the rest of the world. Recently the chef received the title of Master Chef of France or Maitre Cuisinier De France that represents the absolute guarantee of the gastronomic professional excellence. This is the most envied title that every chef aspires to have .But only few can have. The Chef Jacques Chretien is the only chef in Los Cabos who owns this title and the one of the 5 that exists in every Mexico.
French Riviera Restaurant represents the dreams of the Chef Chretien to own his restaurant. His dream has been and continues to be to provide both tourists of Cabo and the local residents with a truly gourmet experience by combining world-class food, wine, atmosphere and a perfect service. Our menus are changed every three months and we make every effort to cater to your specific tastes and desires.
