Vallarta, which opened in 2001, is built into the rolling
terrain of the property’s highest elevation. The 7,057-yard,
par-72 Jack Nicklaus signature course features gently sloping
hillsides, dense forests of palms and giant ficus trees, and
natural creeks and arroyos. The 6976 yard, par-72 hole Tom
Weiskopf Signature Course is built on extreme terrain with
dense jungles, deep ravines and swift creeks. Jack Nicklaus
and Tom Weiskopf have done a masterful job of blending the
elevation and natural features to create the ultimate golf
experience. The master plan for the new, gated Vista Vallarta
community was created by the team at Redstone Design in Denver,
Colorado, and includes sites for two hotels, condominiums
