Punta
de Mita, or Punta Mita as locals call it, can be found in
the state Nayarit, about 65 kilometers northwest of Puerto
Vallarta, at the northwestern cape of la Bahía de Banderas.
The beaches
here are the most beautiful and natural ones of the whole
Bahía de Banderas zone, perhaps even of entire Mexico!
