Located
35 minutes away on the south side of the Puerto Vallarta bay
reachable by boat is the beautiful Majahuitas Beach. With
swaying palms, white sands and a sheltered cove with crystal
clear waters and gentle surf, Majahuitas offers ideal conditions
for snorkeling and scuba diving.
Underwater
you will find a unique colony of Garden Eels and Black Coral.
Snorkelers and divers are able to disembark on the beach.
For the less energetic Yelapa offers the possibility to enjoy
the sun and have a nice cold drink.
Although
there is a road leading to the village, it is easiest accessible
by boat. The transportation to Yelapa departs daily from different
locations in Puerto Vallarta.
